A self-confessed perfectionist, Jarrod maintains a high level of quality control at every stage of construction through daily site visits, ensuring every detail meets his standards.
He leads a small but loyal team of sub-contractors, who share an unparalleled pride in their work. Jarrod is your point of contact for all design and build matters, and you can expect regular communiques and progress reports.

Our in-house designer values the collaborative process, combining your inspirations with extensive experience to form a design that maximises views, orientation and energy efficiency. Cutting edge computer aided design (CAD) software also gives you the opportunity to ‘live’ the space and atmosphere of your home via animated walk-throughs during the design phase.
Jarrod works closely with the designer so costing and budgeting is fully integrated with the design process, so your unique and individual home remains within a specified budget.
